Plush Toy Development Step Guide
ーーProduction Processーー
◇STEP 1
Provide Your DesignPlease prepare your design data (.ai / .psd / .jpg, etc.) or a physical sample.
▶ Based on your submission, we will provide a quotation.
◇STEP 2
Contract & Payment After confirming the design, please make payment for the sample and mass production fees.
▶ We will start the pre-sample production based on the three-view drawings you provide.
◇STEP 3
Pre-sample Production (without embroidery)Production period: approximately 7–10 business days.
▶ We create a preliminary sample to confirm the overall shape and discuss any necessary adjustments.
◇STEP 4
Final Sample Production Production period: approximately 7–14 business days.
▶ Once the final sample is completed, it will be sent to you for confirmation.
◇STEP 5
Revisions (if necessary) Formal sample production period: approximately 7–14 business days.
▶The first revision is free of charge.
A second revision is possible, but we ask that revisions be kept within two rounds whenever possible.
※Additional charges may apply for a third or subsequent revision, depending on the content.
◇STEP 6
Mass Production Mass production period: approximately 45 business days.
▶ Production will begin once the final sample is approved.
